Always leading the field…

From as early as 2012, all houses in France must be BBC (Energy Efficient Building).

On 19 February 2009, we inaugurated the first BBC house in the Limousin, called Effinergie. The BBC fits into our ongoing approach, which always has been to offer houses that are ahead of their time with respect to thermal regulations and method of construction.

It is a real revolution in thermal performance, which can reduce annual energy consumption 75% with respect to the present regulations in force (RT 2005).
